We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, location, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role / location description: "At Climax Molybdenum, we are committed..." includes description of work environment, location details, housing allowance. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the position". We'll use "About the role". Provide paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "What You Will Do". Use
  • . - Requirements: maybe "What You Bring To Freeport" includes required experience and skills. Could be "Requirements". Also "What We Require" includes medical exam, training, schedule, drug testing. Could be part of Requirements or separate. We'll combine. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Could be separate section "Preferred Qualifications". But guidelines say use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can have "Qualifications" for required, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" as a subsection? But we only have allowed headings list; we could still use "Qualifications" for required and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" as a subheading? Not allowed? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive list, but we should prefer those. Could add other headings if needed but better to stick to those. We could put preferred qualifications under Qualifications as a note. - Skills: maybe list of skills from "What You Bring To Freeport". Could be separate Skills section. - Benefits: list from "What We Offer You". Include housing allowance, medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, 401k, PTO, sick, holiday, parental leave, tuition assistance, EAP, discounted insurance, internal progression. - Pay: The estimated pay range $24.00 - $32.00/hour. Also mention base salary only, discretionary incentives. So we can have Pay section. - Schedule: mention non-standard schedule, shift work, 24/7 operation. So Schedule section. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat housing allowance twice (mentioned in location and benefits). We'll include once in Benefits. We must remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Click here to view a sample of Total Rewards Estimate for this role." That's maybe a link; we can drop as it's application instruction? It's not exactly instruction but could be considered promotional; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's a link to sample; maybe not essential. Safer to drop. Also remove "Learn more about our competitive and comprehensive benefits package!" as boilerplate. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

At Climax Molybdenum, we are committed to providing an employment package that recognizes excellence, encourages safe production and a culture supported by our core values. Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment where safety is a top priority, all opinions are valued, and people are empowered to grow in their career. Our Henderson mine and mill are an hour drive apart – separated by the Continental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles underground). The Henderson mine is an underground molybdenum mining operation located approximately 42 miles west of Denver and 10 miles west of Empire. It has been in operation since 1976 and today consists of a large block-cave, underground mining complex feeding a concentrator with a current capacity of approximately 32,000 metric tons per day. It can produce approximately 15 million pounds of molybdenum per year. The Henderson mill is located 15 miles west of the mine, between Dillon and Kremmling. Both sites are surrounded by US Forest Service land of the Arapaho National Forest, making it easy for employees and their families to enjoy year-round hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing in the area. Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Microsoft applications
    • Materials Management software

    Skills

(Skills are covered in the Requirements section; no additional distinct skills list needed.)

But we should not create empty sections. Better to omit Skills if no distinct content beyond requirements. However we might combine skills into Requirements. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could drop Skills section entirely. Similarly, we could drop Preferred Qualifications if we incorporate into Qualifications. But we have a heading Qualifications allowed. Let's make a Qualifications section that includes both required and preferred? Could separate required vs preferred but we can just list all under Qualifications. However we already have Requirements section; maybe we rename Requirements to Qualifications and move preferred there. But we have both Required and Preferred; we could have Qualifications (required) and Preferred Qualifications (optional). The instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't forbid extra headings but says prefer few substantive sections. Having both Requirements and Qualifications may be redundant. Better to have one Qualifications section that includes required and preferred. Let's do that. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll move required and preferred into Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's craft Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • Three (3) years of warehouse, inventory control, materials management, or related experience.
    • Proficient in all Warehouse Technician I and II skills.
    • Thorough understanding of warehouse inventory control systems and purchase orders.
    • Ability to problem solve and do reconciliations and root cause analysis; analytical skills expected.
    • Knowledge of purchasing rules, regulations, methods and forms.
    • Expertise in operating a variety of light equipment, hand trucks and vehicles within a warehouse environment.
    • Proficient bar code usage.
    • Ability to maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
    • Excellent customer service skills; displays a professional can‑do attitude.
    • Solid computer skills with proficiency in email and an understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
    • High School diploma or GED (preferred).
    • Experience with Materials Management software (preferred).

Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam and must pass all required training and/or testing.

Employees may be required to work a non‑standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365‑day operation.

Freeport‑McMoRan promotes a drug/alcohol‑free work environment using mandatory pre‑employment drug testing and ongoing drug and alcohol testing, as allowed by applicable laws.

But note schedule info also belongs in Schedule section. We might move schedule details to Schedule section and keep Qualifications focused on experience/skills. However schedule is a requirement; but we have a separate Schedule heading allowed. Let's keep schedule in Schedule section. Thus Qualifications will not include schedule. We'll keep schedule in Schedule section. Now Benefits section: list all benefits. Benefits: - $1,450 monthly housing allowance (on-site employees meeting guidelines) - Affordable medical, dental and vision benefits - Company-paid life and disability insurance - 401(k) plan with employer contribution/match - Paid time off, paid sick time, holiday pay, parental leave - Tuition assistance - Employee Assistance Program - Discounted insurance plans for pet, auto, home and vehicle - Internal progression opportunities - Learn more about our competitive and comprehensive benefits package! (maybe drop as boilerplate) - Also mention "Click here to view a sample of Total Rewards Estimate for this role." drop. We'll keep substantive. Pay section: include pay range and note about base salary, discretionary incentives. Schedule section: mention non-standard schedule, shift work, 24/7 operation. Now produce HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: ensure housing allowance appears only in Benefits. Check for any boilerplate removed: EEO, scam warning, "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Please be advised that Freeport-McMoRan will never request payment...", "If you receive any suspicious emails...". Remove. Also remove "Explore the opportunity to advance your career
