Senior Warehouse Inventory Specialist

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
Responsibilities
- Supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity.
- Allocates shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement.
- Controls inventory and order-processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness.
- Verifies that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements.
- Plans workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs.
- Schedules shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies.
- Summarizes operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

- Knowledge in pharmacy operations.
- Knowledge in pharmacy systems.

- Knowledge in benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and health insurance calculations.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay
Pay starting at $23.51 with potential for up to $25.51 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.
Schedule
Night Shift | Sunday, 4:00 PM until finished; Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM until Finish
