Senior Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Lead all activities of Stockroom management including receipts of material, picking and staging orders, returns, inventory management and control, and overall inventory count accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Verify counts and receive parts from QC, Receiving, or Assembly into the proper location
• Provide inventory organization to include re-boxing, organizing, counting, and labeling parts
• Ensure clean and safe warehouse and storage areas
• Perform system transactions including:
  • Issue/unissue components to Shop Orders, including Kitting
  • Transferring of parts to the proper inventory location
  • Closing Shop orders
  • Processing DMR transactions
  • Responding to Pull requests
• Ensure all negative inventory is adjusted in a timely manner
• Responsible for physical inventory throughout the stock rooms to assure inventory accuracy
• Closely communicate and collaborate with onsite teams to prioritize and resolve open issues
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong experience in a manufacturing environment with material handling or inventory clerk
• Strong computer experience with good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
• Effective English communication skills, verbal and written
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to recognize erroneous data
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Must be able to legally work in the United States; sponsorship is not available
• Must be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20)
