Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's global cash management strategy, including daily cash positioning and short- and long-term liquidity planning
- Design and implement a scalable Treasury Management System (TMS) that integrates with ERP and payment workflows
- Develop treasury processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support a growing enterprise
- Optimize the management of cash, debt, credit facilities, and short-term investments
- Ensure adequate liquidity while minimizing borrowing costs and maximizing returns on excess cash
- Partner with executive leadership to support capital allocation and financial risk management decisions
- Develop treasury policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and risk tolerance
- Build, mentor, and lead the treasury team as the department grows
- Provide treasury-related insights and recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Finance with 10+ years of progressive treasury leadership experience
- Deep expertise in cash management, liquidity management, and treasury operations
- Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing Treasury Management Systems
- Strong understanding of debt management, banking relationships, and short-term investments
- Proven ability to build processes, infrastructure, and teams in a growing organization
- Executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
- Real estate industry experience is a strong plus
Salary: $215,000 - $240,000
