Special Projects Group Overview
The Special Projects group currently has a large backlog of work primarily in the commercial, institutional and industrial building project markets throughout multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all strategy, personnel, and operations for the Special Projects group
- Full P&L responsibility for the group
- Oversee all special projects for a large commercial general contractor in Philadelphia
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale construction projects
- Experience in overseeing personnel and operations for a construction company
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction management or related field
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP, AIA, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry trends and best practices
