About the role

The Senior Vice President, Treasury oversees all treasury operations across multiple corporate entities and broker dealers. This role manages the firm’s financing and investing activities, maintains strong banking relationships, ensures optimal liquidity, and requires deep broker dealer regulatory knowledge, including 15c3-3.

Responsibilities

  • Manage treasury operations across the firm, including liquidity management, cash positioning, and capital planning activities
  • Oversee daily settlements and central clearing counterparty margin requirements for the clearing broker dealer, including NSCC, OCC, FICC, and DTC
  • Execute short-term and long-term financing and investing activities within established risk parameters
  • Ensure compliance with 15c3-3 funding regulations, including reserve computations and customer protection standards
  • Lead treasury operations for multiple entities and broker-dealers, maintaining strong controls and regulatory adherence
  • Manage corporate cash balances and money movement activities, including funding for Accounts Payable, Payroll, and other disbursement accounts
  • Maintain and negotiate banking and counterparty relationships, including services, credit facilities, and pricing
  • Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies and procedures to support operational efficiency and internal controls
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership regarding liquidity, capital usage, and financial risk
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced credentials such as MBA or CTP a plus
  • FINRA Series 7, 99, or relevant principal license required
  • 10-15+ years of treasury or financial operations experience within financial services
  • Solid understanding of 15c3-3 and broker dealer regulatory requirements
  • Strong background in corporate cash management, liquidity, and money movement operations
  • Experience supporting treasury functions across multiple entities or business units
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective banking and counterparty relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and sound strategic judgment

Pay

  • The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $190,000 to $250,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
