Senior Vice President of Finance

About the role

Our organization is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to provide leadership across a complex finance organization. This consultant will serve as a senior finance leader across FP&A, operational finance, treasury, revenue cycle, accounts payable, and expense management. The role will partner closely with established VP-level leaders across these functions, helping bring together financial and operational information while providing oversight and strategic support to the broader organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and planning activities for clinicians
• Support expense control and performance management
• Provide oversight across treasury and cash management activities
• Partner with revenue cycle leadership around financial performance and operational trends
• Consolidate information across finance functions to prepare executive presentations, board materials, and financial analysis for senior leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or operational finance experience
• Strong healthcare provider experience highly preferred
• Advanced experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and expense management
• Broad understanding of treasury, cash management, revenue cycle, accounts payable, and other corporate finance functions
• Experience preparing financial analysis, executive presentations, and board-level reporting
• Ability to work across multiple finance functions and consolidate complex financial and operational information
• Strong business partnering experience with operational, clinical, and senior leadership teams
• Proven leadership experience within large, complex, or rapidly growing organizations

Skills

• Private equity experience is a plus but not required
• Value-based care or payer experience is a plus but not required
