Senior Vice President of Finance

For our client, a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space, we are seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions.

About the role

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital allocation processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance
• Evaluate and enhance financial processes to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• At least 10 years of rising financial leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or rehabilitation
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay

$225,000 – $275,000 annually
