About the role

The Senior Vice President of Enrollment Services at StrataTech Education Group is responsible for providing vision, leadership, and oversight for all enrollment-related functions. Reporting directly to the President, this executive leader develops and implements comprehensive enrollment management strategies that support institutional growth, student access, retention, completion, and overall student success.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously assess a comprehensive Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan aligned with institutional goals and workforce needs.
  • Establish enrollment, retention, persistence, and completion targets and monitor progress toward achievement.
  • Analyze demographic, enrollment, labor market, and higher education trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide enrollment forecasting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to the President, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Trustees.
  • Lead institution-wide initiatives designed to improve student access, enrollment growth, and student success outcomes.
  • Direct all admissions and student recruitment operations.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies for traditional, adult, online, transfer, dual-enrollment, military-affiliated, and underrepresented student populations.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with K-12 schools, community organizations, employers, workforce development agencies, and transfer institutions.
  • Oversee enrollment marketing and communication strategies that support prospective student engagement and conversion.
  • Provide executive leadership and oversight for financial aid operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and institutional regulations.
  • Support student access and affordability through effective financial aid and scholarship strategies.
  • Maintain financial aid performance and compliance metrics.
  • Oversee registrar functions, including registration, academic records, transfer credit evaluation, graduation certification, and enrollment reporting.
  • Promote efficient, student-focused enrollment and registration processes.
  • Collaborate with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs leadership to improve student retention, persistence, and completion rates.
  • Utilize data analytics and predictive modeling to identify barriers to student success and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Support institutional efforts to improve equitable student outcomes.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for Enrollment Services personnel.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Represent Enrollment Services at institutional, community, state, and national meetings and events.
  • Develop and manage Enrollment Services budgets.
  • Evaluate resource allocation and investment effectiveness to maximize enrollment outcomes.
  • Ensure responsible stewardship of institutional resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, Public Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, student services, or related post-secondary education functions.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic enrollment planning, student recruitment, retention, and completion initiatives.
  • Experience supervising professional staff and managing complex organizational operations.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing admissions, financial aid, student records, and higher education compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Earned doctorate in Higher Education Leadership, Educational Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience serving in a senior enrollment management role at a community college, technical college, or university.
  • Experience with Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) planning and implementation.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, student information systems (SIS), and enrollment analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting workforce development, transfer pathways, dual-enrollment programs, and adult learner initiatives.
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Comprehensive knowledge of enrollment management principles and best practices in post-secondary education.

Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that achieve measurable enrollment outcomes.

Strong financial management and budget oversight skills.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
