About the role

• Build, scale, and lead the finance organization
• Partner directly with the executive team, Board, investors, and lenders
• Bring deep expertise in FP&A, accounting, strategic finance, raising capital, 409A valuations, M&A, due diligence, and scaling financial operations

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Manage accounting processes and systems
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Raise capital and manage investor relations
• Conduct 409A valuations and M&A activities
• Perform due diligence and support financial reporting
• Scale financial operations to support company growth

Requirements

• Proven finance executive with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Success in a startup environment and a background working in robotics, hardware, or manufacturing industries
• Deep expertise in FP&A, accounting, strategic finance, raising capital, 409A valuations, M&A, due diligence, and scaling financial operations
• CPA, MBA, or Master's in Accounting preferred
