Senior Vice President - Finance

About the role

One of the most exciting, well-funded robotics startups in Greater Boston is hiring a Senior Vice President of Finance with a potential path to the CFO seat. As the company enters its next phase of explosive growth, this is your opportunity to build, scale, and lead the entire finance organization while partnering directly with the executive team, Board, investors, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead the finance organization
• Partner directly with the executive team, Board, investors, and lenders
• Bring deep expertise in FP&A, accounting, strategic finance, capital raises, 409A valuations, M&A, due diligence, and scaling financial operations

Requirements

• Proven finance executive with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including success in a startup environment and a background working in robotics, hardware, or manufacturing industries
• CPA required; MBA or Master's in Accounting a plus

• Salary of $200,000–$275,000
