• Strong knowledge of program and project execution fundamentals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, project management, delivery management, product operations, platform support, or related roles within financial services, fintech, or wealthtech
• Experience supporting delivery across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery activities.
• PARTNERS WITH PRODUCT, ENGINEERING, QUALITY ENGINEERING, OPERATIONS, SCRUM TEAMS, AND CLIENT ENABLEMENT TO MAINTAIN ALIGNMENT ON PRIORITIES, COMMITMENTS, AND TIMELINES.
• Maintains delivery plans, status updates, RAID logs, and supporting artifacts to provide transparency into progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• PRODUCES CLEAR, CONCISE STATUS REPORTING AND DELIVERY INSIGHTS FOR STAKEHOLDERS AND LEADERSHIP.
• IDENTIFIES OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE PLANNING, COORDINATION, EXECUTION, AND TEAM EFFECTIVENESS ACROSS INITIATIVES.
