Senior Vice President, Data Center Cost Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Data Center Cost Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This senior leadership role will guide cost management and capital planning efforts for complex data center projects, with a strong emphasis on client partnership and commercial growth. The ideal candidate will bring together project controls, estimating, and risk mitigation to support informed decision-making across all phases of delivery. In addition, this leader will collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to advance account strategy, strengthen execution, and help drive new business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $192,300 – $260,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the capital planning team and engage with clients on complex projects Drive new business across dedicated accounts Collaborate with team members through all project stages Present key updates to stakeholders Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management 10+ years of experience in estimating, cost management, capital planning, or similar roles Professional certification in project management, such as AACE or RICS Proficiency in estimating software such as Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
