Senior Vice President, Data Centers

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Data Centers to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will oversee a senior program management function focused on complex, large-scale data center development initiatives. The role will guide project managers, align stakeholders around delivery objectives, and ensure campus-scale programs move from planning through commissioning and handover with discipline and clarity. This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for cross-functional coordination, financial stewardship, and growth in the data center sector. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $166,375 – $241,250 annually Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of project managers on large-scale data center builds Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure client alignment Develop project management strategies for multi-phase data center construction Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources for campus-scale developments Foster a collaborative culture across cross-functional teams globally Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center sector Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field 15+ years of experience in project management for large-scale data center builds Hands-on experience managing data centers, including multiple data halls and critical infrastructure Expertise in coordinating utility infrastructure and MEP systems for data center campuses Experience managing projects from design through commissioning and handover Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets over $100M Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care Paid parental leave at 100% salary Paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
