About the role

The Senior Vice President, Client Processing role is part of the Wealth Services Operations team, specifically within the Servicing Group. This role is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Group lead for Servicing. The team manages client asset movement transactions involving cash and securities, focusing on risk management, compliance, and quality assurance. They also provide support to Product and Engineering teams supporting asset movement processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve, and implement policies and processes to maintain and exceed product/service quality standards.
  • Identify, champion, and drive process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, recruit, motivate, and develop team members to maximize individual performance and foster effective collaboration.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage high-volume and highly visible tasks collaboratively within the teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 12-15 years of total work experience preferred, including 0-3 years in management.
  • Prior demonstrated leadership and strategic planning experience required.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on use of automation and AI tools.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.

  • Strong understanding of financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
