Senior Vice President / Chief Growth Officer

InTouch Credit Union, a not-for-profit community institution, operates branches across Texas, Nevada, and Michigan, proudly serving over 70,000 members in the United States and in more than 20 countries worldwide for over five decades. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Vice President (SVP) Chief Growth Officer to join our dynamic Administration team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance required or equivalent commensurate experience
• A minimum seven (7) years of senior management experience with a credit union or financial institution
• Ability to oversee cross functional teams: branch operations, marketing, digital strategy, product development, and service delivery
• Working robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, Publishing, MCUF/CRM systems, Social Media Platforms, Bank Secrecy Act and Money Laundering rules required
• Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion of all matters
• Ability to thoroughly and accurately research, evaluate, and analyze best practices
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk, safeguard corporate assets and facilitate internal and external audits
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting credit unions (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act)

Compensation

$228,300- $241,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based incentive bonus up to twenty-five (25) percent. All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.
