We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Benefits section (Unlimited PTO, holidays, healthcare, retirement, perks, parental leave). So we include Benefits. Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned (maybe remote? It says fully remote environment but that's more about work arrangement, not schedule. Could be considered schedule? The instruction: only create Schedule if posting actually states them. It mentions fully remote environment, flexibility. Not explicit schedule like full-time, part-time. Probably not include Schedule. We need About the role: The "Who We Are" and description of role. Could be About the role section. Responsibilities: There's a "Key Responsibilities" section with bullet points. Requirements: There's "Required Experience" and maybe "Preferred Experience". Could combine as Requirements. Qualifications: Could be similar to Requirements? Might be redundant. Better to have Requirements covering required and preferred. Qualifications maybe not needed. Skills: Could extract from Required Experience: fluency with PM, resourcing, CRM, BI tools; ability to influence; etc. We must not invent. Use only content present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details like reporting relationship, organizational scope, core mandate, etc. Those could go under About the role or Responsibilities. But we must not lose info. We can structure:

About the role

... description of Tinuiti, role purpose, reporting relationships, organizational scope, core mandate.

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet from Key Responsibilities.

Requirements

  • ... Required Experience bullet points.
Maybe also include Preferred Experience as part of Requirements? Could add a note.

Skills

  • ... fluency with PM, resourcing, CRM, BI tools (Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, Salesforce, PowerBI, or similar); ability to influence teams without direct reporting authority; systems thinker; etc.

Benefits

  • ... Unlimited PTO, 20 paid holidays, fully remote environment, flexibility, healthcare (medical, dental, vision, life & disability, FSA), retirement match up to 4%, perks and wellness (Fringe, Forma, unlimited telemedicine/teletherapy, Thankful giving), parental leave (birthing parents 16 weeks).
We must not include EEO boilerplate. Remove "We are an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "FLSA Classification: Exempt". That's minor metadata; could fold into short p or drop. Probably drop. Also remove "Please contact us to request accommodation." That's part of EEO; drop. Also remove "We’d Love To Hear From You If Research shows that while men apply..." That's encouraging but maybe keep as part of About? It's not boilerplate; it's a note encouraging applications. Could keep as part of About the role? It's not a responsibility. Might be considered a note; but it's not required to keep? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that encouraging note. Where to place? Could be in About the role paragraph. Also remove duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Original text: Who We Are Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste—the biggest growth killer of all—and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste. We’d Love To Hear From You If Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. Tinuiti is seeking an SVP, Business Operations to build, lead, and mature the company’s operating model for project management, delivery governance, onboarding, client success operations, and enterprise execution visibility. This is a business-critical operating role, not an administrative PMO function. This role will serve as the architect and operator of Tinuiti’s execution system: the way work is initiated, prioritized,, governed, measured, escalated, and improved across the organization. The PMO under this role will serve as the execution engine for complex, enterprise-priority initiatives that span multiple business units, departments, or leadership forums. Large tooling rollouts, agency-wide process design, structural change initiatives, and transformation programs all run through this team. When an initiative requires cross-functional sequencing, executive visibility, structured governance, and active risk management beyond a single function’s normal cadence, this team leads the execution path and drives it to completion. For the right leader, this is a rare opportunity to build the execution infrastructure of an agency from a position of real authority. You will have the platform, the executive relationships, and the organizational mandate to redesign how work flows across Tinuiti — and to leave a durable mark on how the company operates at scale. Reporting Relationship This role will report to the COO and partner closely with leaders across Client Delivery, New Business, Finance, Resource Management, RevOps, People, Technology, Legal, Commercial Innovation, and Executive Leadership.
