About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Operations to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This executive will lead business operations with a strong focus on PMO discipline, delivery excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. The role will partner closely with leadership and client-facing teams to drive clarity, alignment, and operational consistency in a complex service environment. Success in this position will be measured by stronger project visibility, improved decision-making, and effective execution of major initiatives that support client outcomes and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO in executing complex, cross-business initiatives
- Establish and maintain project management standards and tools
- Direct client onboarding and success operations
- Create and manage health dashboards for project visibility
- Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in PMO, delivery operations, or business operations
- 5+ years leading a PMO or cross-functional operations team
- Strong experience in diverse client-service environments
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Fluency with PM, CRM, and BI tools such as Monday.com and Salesforce

Pay
$210,000 – $250,000 annually
