About the role

Join 10 East as Senior Vice President to lead the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio monitoring. You will evaluate complex capital structures across diverse asset classes while mentoring junior team members and engaging with the firm’s growing membership base of sophisticated LPs.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality investment opportunities and build strategic relationships to drive deal flow across North America and Europe.
• Conduct rigorous financial, operational, and legal due diligence, preparing detailed investment memoranda for equity, debt, and complex capital instruments.
• Partner with the membership base to produce high-quality content that fuels investor engagement and expands the firm’s institutional and individual client reach.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or principal investing with a strong track record in private markets.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities, paired with the ability to navigate complex capital structures and multi-asset class diligence.
• A self-starting investor with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, Midtown Manhattan-based office environment.
