Key Responsibilities

  • Own full regional P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBITDA performance.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies, including new market penetration, customer expansion, and service line optimization.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive integrated go to market execution, ensuring alignment between operations and commercial strategy.
  • Establish W.W. Williams as a market leader in uptime, quality, and customer experience within the region.
  • Lead all branch operations to deliver consistent, high quality service execution with a strong focus on turnaround time and technician productivity.
  • Implement and sustain lean service principles, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.
  • Drive data driven decision making, leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure optimal capacity planning, labor utilization, and asset management across the region.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and operational discipline across all facilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site service operations, fleet services, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Proven track record of driving growth while improving operational performance.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L at a regional or divisional level.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
