Responsibilities
- Financial Planning, Operations, and Analysis including accounting, treasury, student accounts, operating and capital budgeting, procurement, contracting, payroll, accounts payable, and investments.
- Facilities Management, Risk Management, Public Safety, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Auxiliary Services.
- Leadership of a talented, high-achieving, dedicated group of staff committed to supporting the university's mission and successfully serving students, faculty, and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective oversight of the university's financial, human, information, technology, and physical resources.
- Collaborate broadly across the university, and interact with the chair and other members of the Board of Trustees, serving as administrative liaison to the Board's Finance and Infrastructure, and Investment Committees.
- Ensure the highest standards of fiscal integrity and sound stewardship of university resources in alignment with institutional priorities and long-term goals.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading complex organizations and managing large budgets.
- Experience in higher education administration and familiarity with institutional financial systems and processes.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and the board of trustees.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to higher education institutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $475,000 - $675,000. The starting base salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, market, and organizational considerations.
