About the role

The Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer and the Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor positions at Contact Government Services, LLC require a Top Secret clearance. The eDiscovery Technical Advisor position also requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain eDiscovery solutions using Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP)
• Collaborate with clients to understand their eDiscovery needs and provide technical guidance
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system stability and performance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for eDiscovery systems
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of eDiscovery processes to ensure compliance with legal standards
• Train clients on the use of eDiscovery tools and best practices
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends in eDiscovery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably with Veritas eDiscovery Platform
• Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) and other eDiscovery tools
• Strong understanding of data management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to eDiscovery
• Clearance required: Top Secret with Polygraph

• Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer: $158,336 per year
• Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor: $161,025 per year
• eDiscovery Technical Advisor: $145,075 per year
• Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor with Security Clearance: $178,137 per year
• eDiscovery Technical Advisor with Security Clearance: $164,421 per year

Schedule

• Full-time position
