About the role
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement design specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document project requirements and solutions for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python).
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
