What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CRE experience/background to perform the role
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications
- Proven understanding of the principles of valuation
- Experience valuing all property types within the commercial real estate industry
- Ability to execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.
- Ability to work with other team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Ability to independently gather pertinent data through direct client interaction, including personal & telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers
- Ability to review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends
- Ability to assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
