Description
The Senior UXO Supervisor directs the efforts of multiple UXO teams and supervises all unexploded ordnance (UXO) related operations. The Senior UXO Supervisor must be able to perform the responsibilities of UXO Sweep Personnel and UXO Technicians I, II and III.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all explosives operations

- Aid in the development of munitions response plans and reports
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- High School diploma plus 10 years significant experience in all aspects of munitions response actions or range clearance activities, as appropriate for the contracted operation
- 5 years experience in supervisory position
- Graduate of formal UXO training course of instruction, or Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) assistant courses required
- Or graduate of a military EOD school of the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Germany or Australia
- Deductive Reasoning — The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
- Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events

Skill Requirements
- High School diploma
- 10 years significant experience in munitions response actions or range clearance activities
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Formal UXO training course or EOD assistant courses
- Military EOD school from the US, Canada, UK, Germany, or Australia
