Senior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience.
- Collaborate across disciplines—including product management, engineering, and marketing—to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives.
- Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision.
- Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to inform design decisions.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design standards.
- Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Participate in design reviews, presenting concepts and influencing stakeholders with clear rationale.
- Stay curious and innovative, exploring new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Eleven (10) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to support research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, workflow analysis, and design documentation, with the ability to thoughtfully identify AI-assisted product opportunities that improve usability, reduce complexity, and maintain user trust.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Specific compensation varies based on factors including education, work history, and experience.
Schedule
Remote work is possible, with up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be provided.
