This hybrid role requires being on-site 2-3 days a week at locations including Bethesda, MD, Palo Alto, CA, or Seattle, WA. The researcher will utilize insightful research and data-driven insights to enhance user experience. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
