About the role
A Senior UX Researcher will lead user research initiatives, design studies, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product development. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct usability tests, surveys, interviews, and other research methods to gather insights from users
- Develop and execute research plans that align with project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to ensure research findings are integrated into product development
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Continuously improve research methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a product-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with remote research methods and tools
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality research and influencing product decisions
- Experience with UX research methodologies such as A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and contextual inquiries
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative design processes
- Knowledge of usability testing tools and platforms
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis

Pay
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
