About the role

A Senior UX Researcher will lead user research initiatives, design studies, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product development. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct usability tests, surveys, interviews, and other research methods to gather insights from users
  • Develop and execute research plans that align with project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to ensure research findings are integrated into product development
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
  • Continuously improve research methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a product-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with remote research methods and tools

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality research and influencing product decisions
  • Experience with UX research methodologies such as A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and contextual inquiries
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative design processes
  • Knowledge of usability testing tools and platforms
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
