About the role
This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research initiatives with educators
- Execute market and competitive analyses to benchmark EdTech solutions
- Design educator panels to synthesize feedback into product design concepts
- Build iterative research loops to track user perception changes over time
- Manage recruitment strategies for diverse K-12 demographics
- Translate research insights into high-fidelity web designs and interactive layouts
- Collaborate with web designers to map design specifications to technical structures
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX research or digital analytics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
- Expertise in UI wireframing and prototyping tools, especially Figma
- Strong cross-functional communication skills for presenting research to developers and leadership
- Preferred background in K-12 education, preferably as a teacher or instructional coach
