Should you need assistance with the online application process, please complete this form. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove EEO paragraph, "Should you need assistance..." etc. Also remove "Link To Full Job Description", "Link To Benefits Summary". Remove "University students with restrictions..." maybe not boilerplate? It's a note about student workers; maybe keep? It's not a duty/requirement but maybe considered metadata. It says "University students with restrictions on number of hours they can work, including international students, should apply for open student worker positions at the school they attend. You can search student worker jobs here (https://sodexo.paradox.ai/7nq0G05)". That's more like a note; could be considered boilerplate? It's not about the job itself. Probably we should drop it as it's not substantive about the role. Also "Working with Sodexo is more than a job..." is a generic marketing blurb; maybe keep as part of "About the role"? It's somewhat generic but could be considered part of description. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We need to decide which sections to include. We have Pay Range: $17 per hour - $18 per hour. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Workdays/shifts: Afternoon/evenings - varying days. More details will be provided during the interview process. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: "What We Offer: Flexible and supportive work environment... Access to ongoing training/development... Full array of benefits... In addition to Sodexo’s standard, some locations may offer additional site-specific benefits..." That's benefits. So include Benefits section. Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities include:" we have a run-on sentence but we can split into list items. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What You Bring: Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. 1 or more years of related experience." Also "Additional Requirements: Not Applicable (N/A)" which we should drop as it's placeholder. So we have requirements: team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, nurturers of healthy/safe environment, 1+ years related experience. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll choose Requirements. About the role: maybe the paragraph "What You’ll Do: As a Senior Utility Worker at Sodexo, you are a team unifier..." That's description of role. Could be About the role. We also have "Who we are:" which is company description; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's generic but maybe not needed. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Who we are:" is not explicitly listed but could be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. However it's generic marketing; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But we already have About the role. Might be redundant. Safer to omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific tasks: maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils; wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware; sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks; transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room; attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity; other duties may be assigned... We need to keep benefits details: flexible and supportive work environment, access to ongoing training/development and advancement opportunities, full array of benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401k, discount programs, and more; additional site-specific benefits: free “shift” meals (and/or allowances/per diems), uniforms, safety shoes, public transportation support and/or parking. Pay: $17 per hour - $18 per hour. Schedule: Afternoon/evenings - varying days. More details will be provided during the interview process. Requirements: team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all; 1 or more years of related experience. We should not include "Additional Requirements: Not Applicable (N/A)" as it's placeholder. We should not include "Link To Full Job Description", "Link To Benefits Summary". We should not include EEO paragraph. We should not include "Who we are:" paragraph. We should not include "Working with Sodexo is more than a job..." maybe it's generic but could be considered part of About the role? It's not specific to the role; it's company marketing. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. Thus About the role: we can use the "What You’ll Do:" paragraph as description. Let's craft HTML:
