As a Senior User Researcher at Snowflake, you’ll shape what we build and how customers experience it. You’ll work alongside product, design, engineering, and marketing leads to set priorities, make tough calls, and bring ideas to market. Your deep understanding of customer needs and business goals will make you a trusted partner in those decisions. This role calls for deep research craft, strong business judgment, and fluency with AI. You’ll know when to move quickly, when to dig deeper, and how to turn what you learn into better outcomes for Snowflake’s customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing leads to set priorities that make a meaningful difference for Snowflake’s customers.
• Become an expert on your customers’ needs and goals, your product area, and the business objectives your team is working toward.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research, choosing the methods and level of rigor each decision demands.
• Make product and go-to-market decisions alongside your partners. Work through tradeoffs, build alignment, and carry decisions through launch and adoption.
