Senior User Experience Designer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and execution of customer-focused UX strategies that improve digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights that inform product direction and design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, task flows, prototypes, and interactive experiences that address customer needs and business objectives.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Evaluate existing user experiences, identify improvement opportunities, and present design recommendations backed by research and best practices.

Here’s What Our Ideal Candidate Has

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience creating, scaling, and maintaining comprehensive design systems.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience working within Agile and/or SAFe development environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a related field.
• Preferred qualifications include experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries; familiarity with collaboration tools like Miro and FigJam; experience using user research and project management platforms; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies; and exposure to JavaScript and React-based development environments.
