About the role

• Advocate for customer and business needs throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and refine workflows, concepts, and deliverables for positive user experience
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex problems and prioritize initiatives
• Collaborate with various teams to translate ideas, requirements, and feedback into practical solutions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of consistent processes, standards, and best practices
• Gather, analyze, and apply feedback from users and stakeholders for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in user experience design
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools, systems, and technologies
• Experience developing solutions in complex or specialized business environments
• Strong understanding of established processes, standards, and best practices
• Ability to create scalable solutions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
