Senior Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Supervisor
for section headings.
Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to keep location list? It's substantive; we can include in About the role maybe as part of prose.
We need to keep "Due to client requirements, US citizenship is required." That's a requirement.
We need to keep "Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification with annual refreshers." etc.
We need to keep "Demonstrated experience managing an Explosive Safety Program."
We need to keep "Strong working knowledge of munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), particularly unexploded ordnance (UXO)."
We need to keep "Experience implementing and enforcing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and health and safety procedures."
We need to keep "Ability to travel and work in remote field environments as project needs require."
We need to keep "Preferred Qualifications" items.
We need to keep "WSP Benefits:" description.
We need to keep "Compensation Expected Salary: $43.90 - $64.00" plus note.
We need to keep "About WSP" description.
We need to keep "WSP provides a flexible and agile workplace model while meeting client needs." maybe part of About WSP.
We need to keep "At WSP, we want to give our employees the challenges they seek to grow their careers and knowledge base." maybe part of About WSP.
We need to keep "Are you ready to get started?" maybe not needed; it's a call to action; could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a prompt; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But it's not substantive detail about job; it's a call to action. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." "Are you ready to get started?" is not exactly application instruction but could be considered a call to action; maybe we can drop it as it's not substantive. Safer to drop.
We also need to drop duplicated benefits paragraph.

So we could combine Skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. But we already have Qualifications (Preferred). Could we rename Qualifications to "Preferred Qualifications"?
