This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains within a healthcare environment. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Clinical Scheduling Extensions across various departments
- Design and configure scheduling rules, patterns, rotations, and workflows
- Translate clinical staffing models and organizational policies into UKG configurations
- Lead the implementation and support of automated call-out and staffing escalation workflows
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate operational needs into functional designs
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and best-practice adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Nursing Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling
- Direct experience with UKG Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) and/or EZCall in a healthcare environment
- Experience supporting unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience supporting large, multi-hospital or academic medical centers

Pay
$110,000 – $140,000 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
