Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outage plans for Turbine Generators with facility coordination
- Ensure quality assurance during outage disassembly and reassembly through inspections
- Complete Condition Assessment Reports and communicate findings to management
- Cook necessary resources and parts with procurement teams
- Review replacement scopes and design modifications for quality control
- Provide technical guidance for unscheduled repairs and issues
- Conduct shop inspections during major outages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Steam Turbine Generator operations and maintenance
- 10 years of relevant experience required for candidates without a 4-year degree
- Strong safety leadership and knowledge of safe work practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
