About the role
The Trust Officer III is primarily responsible for administering a wide variety of complex, high-profile, and larger or more profitable personal trust, custody and estate, investment agency, and IRA accounts. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and external advisors to define clients’ requirements, including investment goals and objectives, as well as the legal, tax, and specialized accounting aspects of accounts. The role ensures administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary accounting standards consistent with BOKF policy.
Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge of trust administration to carry out instructions for complex trusts and respond to internal and external inquiries around trust documents.
- Ensure accounts are set up appropriately and distributions are completed accurately in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Develop new business through relationships with business partners, existing clients, and centers of influence to meet business development and retention goals.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and Internal Auditors.
- Leverage customer service skills to provide an exceptional client experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- Professional certification or post-graduate degree.
- 6-8 years of directly related experience in trust, or 12-14 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
