We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection." That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe not; but we can treat as "About the role" or maybe "About Allstate". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include that intro paragraph. Then "Job Description Join the legal frontline..." That's part of description; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll incorporate into About the role maybe. Then "Key Responsibilities" heading with bullet list. We'll create

Responsibilities

and
  • each bullet. Then "Education" and "Experience" etc. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: we have sections Requirements, Qualifications. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = education, experience, etc. Qualifications maybe skills? But we also have Skills section separate. We'll follow: Requirements: Education and Experience. Qualifications maybe not needed if covered. But we have "Supervisory Responsibilities" which says no supervisory duties, also bonus plan mention. That's maybe not needed as a section; could be part of Responsibilities? It's minor; we could include in Responsibilities as a note? But we should preserve all substantive info. The supervisory responsibilities line: "This job does not have supervisory duties. This role is also eligible for a bonus plan". That's substantive. Could be placed under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Additional Information". But we only allowed headings from list. Could put under Responsibilities as a bullet? Or maybe under Qualifications? Probably better to include under Responsibilities as a bullet: "No supervisory duties; eligible for bonus plan." Then "Explore the Benefits of Joining Allstate's Client Legal Services:" with bullet points (actually paragraphs). That's Benefits section. We'll create

    Benefits

    and
    • each benefit. Then "LI-AT2 Skills" list: Arbitration, Documentation Review, Evidence Gathering, Legal Consulting, Legal Pleadings, Legal Research, Legal Writing, Litigation, Litigation Strategy, Trial Preparation. That's Skills section. Then "Compensation" paragraph: "Compensation offered for this role is 90,700.00 - 153,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications." That's Pay section. Then later: "Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position." plus legal boilerplate etc. We need to remove boilerplate/legal/EEO etc. So we should drop those lines. Also "Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup..." that's a benefit? Could be part of Benefits (technology setup). It's substantive. We'll include under Benefits. Also "Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement..." also benefit. Also "When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace..." that's a requirement maybe? Could be under Requirements? It's a condition for remote work. Might be considered a requirement. We'll include under Requirements maybe as a bullet. Also "Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload." requirement. Also "To help create a more personal and engaging experience, we ask that you join with your camera on if your interview is virtual. Please also have a Valid Photo Identification available at the start of your interview." That's interview instructions, which we should remove as application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. So drop that. Also "If you require any accommodations or have questions ahead of your interview please reach out to your recruiter." remove. Also "Note: Internal candidates are only asked to join on video; a Valid Photo Identification is not needed for the interview." remove. Also "Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position." That's maybe a requirement? Could be under Requirements as a note about visa sponsorship. It's substantive. We'll keep. Also the Indiana HEA etc. That's legal boilerplate; remove. Also "For jobs in San Francisco..." etc. Remove. Also "To view the “EEO Know Your Rights” poster..." remove. Also "To view the FMLA poster..." remove. Also "It is the Company’s policy to employ the best qualified individuals..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup..." we already considered as benefit. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have Pay section with actual range, good. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. Now we need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications?, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Qualifications could be merged with Requirements; but we can include Qualifications if we have content like "Supervisory Responsibilities" maybe? But we already put that under Responsibilities. Qualifications could be things like "Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar." That's education/qualification. Could be under Requirements. We'll keep Requirements covering education, experience, visa, remote work conditions, etc. Qualifications maybe not needed; but we could include Qualifications for things like "Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively..." but those are skills. Actually those are skills. We'll put them under Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Check if any content left for Qualifications: maybe "Supervisory Responsibilities" but we placed under Responsibilities. Could also be under Requirements as "No supervisory duties". But fine. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
