Senior Trial Attorney (Remote - Birmingham, AL)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on representing insured individuals in bodily injury and property damage matters while guiding legal strategy in a remote Alabama-based practice. The attorney will handle litigation work from hearings through trials, mediations, and arbitrations, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and business teams. This position also offers the opportunity to influence risk management decisions, support business clients, and contribute to work that extends beyond traditional litigation.
