Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a range of cases, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, while maintaining a keen attention to detail
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, including mediations and arbitrations when necessary
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations, ensuring the utmost professionalism and ethical conduct at all times
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including case management, billing, and client communication
- Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the cause of the accident, assess liability, and estimate damage costs
- Collaborate with a team of paralegals, case managers, and attorneys to ensure effective and efficient case handling
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas bar and in good standing
- 10+ years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in handling high-value motor vehicle accidents
- Proven first-chair trial experience is required

Pay
$180,000 - $230,000 per year
