Senior Treasury Management Officer

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $154,500 – $184,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with prospects and assigned clients
• Conduct in-person sales calls and respond to RFPs
• Maintain senior level contacts with priority customers
• Create territory and account strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager on calling activities
• Provide account reviews for top priority customers
• Act as Payments Relationship Manager for coordinated customer success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in financial services
• 5+ years in business development within Treasury Services preferred
• Strong sales knowledge of treasury service and cash management products
• History of exceeding sales goals and growth targets
• Advanced account management skills
• Proven track record in team selling environments
