Senior Treasury Management Consultant

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity. The role involves partnering with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role, responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets. The consultant must independently resolve complex business, operational, or technical challenges, lead Treasury Management Consulting teams to meet project deliverables, and collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
• Resolve moderately complex issues independently
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
• Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

• 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications

• Treasury management products or services sales experience
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
• Strong sales acumen across a multi-leveled B2B sales environment
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Word, Access)

Job Expectations

• Travel up to 40% of time
• This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of designated office location approximately 3 days a week (2 remote).
