Responsibilities
- Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth
- Overseeing fleet and facilities
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams
- Managing successful sales cycles from start to finish
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
- Leading strategic decisions on pursuits and teaming arrangements for procurements
- Assessing the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic growth objectives
- Successfully delivering Design-Build projects
- Collaborating with state DOTs in developing technical requirements and bid documents
Requirements
- Master of Arts in Linguistics and an Associate of Science in Computer Hardware Engineering
- Master of Science in Information Technology
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
- PMP candidate
- Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states
- Certified Planner with AICP designation
- Experience in project management and infrastructure development
- Knowledge of transportation and infrastructure industry
