Responsibilities

  • Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth
  • Overseeing fleet and facilities
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams
  • Managing successful sales cycles from start to finish
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
  • Leading strategic decisions on pursuits and teaming arrangements for procurements
  • Assessing the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic growth objectives
  • Successfully delivering Design-Build projects
  • Collaborating with state DOTs in developing technical requirements and bid documents

Requirements

  • Master of Arts in Linguistics and an Associate of Science in Computer Hardware Engineering
  • Master of Science in Information Technology
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
  • PMP candidate
  • Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states
  • Certified Planner with AICP designation
  • Experience in project management and infrastructure development
  • Knowledge of transportation and infrastructure industry
