Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function
• Lead direct reports and achieve daily operational goals
• Manage staffing performance and development
• Handle day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Ensure health and safety management compliance
• Comply with state/local/federal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
• Advanced knowledge of Logistics industry
• Advanced knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
• Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
• Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Pay

$72,000 - $74,000 per year based on experience

Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday 07:00am-05:00pm (must be flexible)
