Senior Transportation Analyst role focused on client initiatives for cost and service improvement, organic sales, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Measure transportation network cost and service performance; analyze, implement, and develop improvement initiatives in support of the Account Executive.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver value propositions.
  • Recommend performance improvements, resolve problems, and support implementations.
  • Coordinate transportation management procurement to achieve optimal cost/service solutions.
  • Own customer-initiated special projects and assignments.
  • Prepare materials for client quarterly and monthly account reviews.
  • Hire, train, and oversee analysts supporting field transportation management accounts.
  • Evaluate, quantify, and present continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage service performance through root cause analysis and implementation of improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Logistics, or related field of study, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of industry-related experience required.

Travel: None. DOT Regulated: No.

Pay

Salaried position with a pay range of $78,000 (minimum) to $78,000 (maximum). The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
