Senior Transportation Analyst role focused on client initiatives for cost and service improvement, organic sales, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Measure transportation network cost and service performance; analyze, implement, and develop improvement initiatives in support of the Account Executive.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver value propositions.
- Recommend performance improvements, resolve problems, and support implementations.
- Coordinate transportation management procurement to achieve optimal cost/service solutions.
- Own customer-initiated special projects and assignments.
- Prepare materials for client quarterly and monthly account reviews.
- Hire, train, and oversee analysts supporting field transportation management accounts.
- Evaluate, quantify, and present continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage service performance through root cause analysis and implementation of improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Logistics, or related field of study, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Five or more years of industry-related experience required.

Pay
Salaried position with a pay range of $78,000 (minimum) to $78,000 (maximum). The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
