Senior Transition Specialist - Field Support

About the role

This is not a typical labor role. Our team members are trusted to work inside clients’ homes, make decisions about personal property, and represent our company with care and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort household contents with attention to value and detail
• Photograph and list items for online auctions
• Aid in managing auction pickup days and client interactions
• Support senior relocation projects (packing, setup, resettling)
• Ensure homes are left clean, organized, and client-ready

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in dynamic environments
• Good judgment when handling personal property and client situations
• Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, apps, and communication
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision
• Physically capable of moving items, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day

Qualifications

• Property management / apartment turnover
• Estate sale / resale / antiques
• Moving / relocation coordination
• Hospitality or client service roles with responsibility
• Organized individuals who take pride in completing work the right way
