About the role
This role is part of the Global Family Business Unit and involves shaping product-led ideas and experiences that resonate with older kids, teens, Gen-Z and kidult audiences. The focus is on bringing product concepts to life, visual storytelling, and sell-in thinking, all while ensuring manufacturability and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Support and influence the end-to-end process from early ideation through development and production
- Bring product concepts to life as collectibles that will be cherished by consumers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies
- Create compelling visual stories and narratives for product launches
- Ensure concepts align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences
Requirements
- A strong creative mind and passion for bringing concepts to life as collectibles
- Experience in product design and/or development
- Understanding of manufacturability and scalability
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product design or development
- Proven ability to translate concepts into tangible products
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in product design and/or development
Skills
- Excellent visual communication skills
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Experience with product development tools and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
