About the role
The Senior Third-Party Logistics Manager (3PL) at Raytheon's new Marana Logistics Center will oversee logistics operations, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries to Raytheon's factories.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain Supplier accountability for Root Cause and Corrective Action.
- Serve as the liaison between Raytheon factory personnel and 3PL Supplier, addressing needs, priorities, and concerns.
- Communicate with various Raytheon functions to ensure smooth operations, including Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Operations, and Production Control.
- Collaborate with similar Raytheon 3PL Supplier engagements across the country to develop and implement standard work, best practices, and operational excellence.
- Lead a small team of Raytheon professionals, performing duties such as performance reviews, coaching/counselling, mentoring, promoting, hiring staff, etc.
- Drive safety initiatives within the operations, both within Raytheon and Supplier team.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years' experience.
- Experience working within a factory, warehouse, logistics, Supply Chain, Third-Party environment, or with a Third-Party supplier.
- Supervisory or managerial experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit and whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
