Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize packaging solutions for various industries
• Conduct life cycle assessments and sustainability analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes
• Assess and recommend returnable packaging options
• Implement sustainable packaging practices and materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design and optimization
• Experience with sustainability metrics and analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in packaging software such as SolidWorks or ProStructures
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
