What You’ll Do
- Deliver high quality, patient centred care in the recovery phase following anaesthesia
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Support airway management and effective pain control
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues within the recovery team
- Contribute to clinical governance, safety standards and continuous service improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Current HCPC or NMC registration
- Strong experience in recovery nursing within a complex acute hospital setting
- Exposure to senior level responsibilities including team support and leadership
- Knowledge of theatre safety, governance and best practice standards
- Experience or familiarity with neuro and spinal patient pathways
